Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    chopped onion or onion powder
    salt
    pepper
    2 c. ham (approximately, leftover works well)
    milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    margarine
Preparation
    Butter a casserole dish.
    Layer half the potatoes, salt and pepper, onion and ham and dot with margarine.
    Repeat layers. Slowly pour in milk just to the top of the potatoes.
    Mix 1 cup milk with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and pour into casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
