Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 low sodium chicken bouillon cubes
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. onion powder
    3 1/2 c. water
    1 c. finely chopped fresh mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Stir constantly into water and heat until boiling.
    Stir in bouillon cubes until dissolved.
    Add chopped mushrooms to mixture and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add milk and seasonings.
    Yields 4 servings.
