Aunt Janet'S Chicken Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. celery, sliced
    4 c. potatoes, diced
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh equivalent
Preparation
    Add onion and celery to broth, simmer while preparing potatoes. Season with salt and simmer until tender.
    Cook broccoli separately until slightly undercooked.
    Add broccoli to vegetables along with 2 cups diced chicken.
    Set aside while preparing Cream Sauce.
