Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 very ripe bananas
1/2 c. margarine, chilled and cut
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Process bananas and margarine 20 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and process 10 seconds.
Do not overprocess; this will make bread coarse.
