Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
3 c. fresh apples, diced

Preparation

Mix together sugar and oil.
Add eggs.
Beat until creamy. Add vanilla.
Combine salt, soda, baking powder and flour or use 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour and leave out other 3 ingredients.
Add a small amount at a time to sugar mixture.
Add apples and pecans. Mix by hand.
Bake in tube or Bundt pan which has been greased. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
