Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch strips
peanut oil
2 c. whole unsalted cashews
2 Tbsp. ground ginger
4 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
8 c. total celery, onions and green peppers, cut in slices
1/2 lb. snow peas
4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Spray Pam in glass baking dish.
Place turkey legs/thighs in dish.
Spray Pam on turkey legs/thighs directly. Sprinkle garlic powder, tarragon, salt and pepper on turkey.
Place turkey on bottom rack in preheated oven.
Cook 40 minutes. Lower oven to 350\u00b0.
Turn turkey over.
Spray with Pam. Sprinkle with seasonings.
Cook 1 hour.
Baste turkey with juices. Cook an additional 20 to 30 minutes until turkey is done. Reserve juices and add 1 teaspoon cornstarch previously dissolved in 2 teaspoons warm water. Slice turkey and allow gravy to settle in legs.
Wait about 5 to 10 minutes, then serve.
