Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip (light)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (light)
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 large can fruit cocktail
    1 small can coconut
    1 jar cherries, cut up
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain all fruits.
    Blend condensed milk, cream cheese and lemon juice.
    Pour over fruit and nuts.
    Put in refrigerator.
