Crab Boats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cooked fresh or frozen crab
24 fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of pepper
grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Chop crab meat.
Rinse mushrooms in cold water; dry and remove stems.
Combine soup, crumbs, mayo, spices (seasonings) and crab.
Stuff each mushroom with a tablespoon of crab mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
Place on well buttered baking pan.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
