Carrots Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. carrots, cut in round pieces
    1 lb. bacon
    1/4 lb. American cheese
    salt to taste
    butter or margarine (to grease baking dish)
Preparation
    Cut carrots and cook until tender.
    Cut bacon in 1-inch pieces and fry until crisp; drain.
    Dice cheese.
    Mix all ingredients and put into greased casserole.
    Top with butter or margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in covered dish for 1 hour.
    Serves 8 to 10.
