Yankee Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. horseradish
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 beef roast
    4 potatoes, halved
    4 carrots, quartered
    4 medium onions (whole)
Preparation
    Brown meat 5 minutes on all sides.
    Spread salt and pepper on meat.
    Spread horseradish over meat.
    Place potatoes, carrots and onions around meat.
    Cover.
    Cook in oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
