Pumpkin Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. Mori Nu Silken firm tofu
2/3 c. honey
3 Tbsp. soy lecithin
2 c. canned or fresh cooked pumpkin
2 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. cardamom
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Blend tofu in food processor or blender until creamy smooth. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
