Slow Cooked Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless beef round steak
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth (undiluted)
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) sour cream
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Cut steak into 3 x 1 1/2-inch strips. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, salt, mustard and pepper. Add beef in batches. Toss to coat. In a 5-quart slow cooker, layer the onion, mushrooms and beef. Pour broth over all. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or until meat is tender.
