Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat with mixer.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup pecans and bananas. Bake at 350\u00b0.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
