Texas Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Mix in pan the margarine, shortening, cocoa and water. Bring mixture to a rapid boil and pour in dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour in greased pan. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
