Pattie'S Special Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salted butter, melted
    1 lb. pecans
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. unsalted butter
Preparation
    Stir pecans in a skillet with melted (salted) butter until thoroughly coated.
    Stir constantly over medium heat for 3 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Beat egg whites, sugar, cinnamon and salt until stiff.
    Mix pecans into egg mixture, stirring to coat all pecans.
    Melt unsalted butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake pecans in pan 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Stir every 10 minutes.
