White Beer Sauce Over Linguini Fini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
8 large cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. minced, fresh parsley
1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp. or more Old Bay seasoning
1 bottle beer
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. linguini fini
Preparation

Put olive oil in hot pan.
Put pasta into boiling water.
Turn heat to medium and add garlic.
Let cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Add parsley; stir to incorporate.
Add crushed red pepper and Old Bay. After letting cook 2 to 3 minutes, add beer, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Toss with cooked linguini fini.
