Pineapple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 can crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs; beat until fluffy. Stir in dry ingredients, carrots, walnuts, pineapple (undrained) and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool on rack.
