Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed seasoned crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    4 slices ham
    2 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Have a meat department run chicken breasts through tenderizer or use steak pounder on breasts at home.
    Combine croutons and Parmesan cheese; mix.
    Dip chicken in melted butter.
    Roll in crouton mixture.
    Lay 2 thin slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese over each chicken breast.
    Roll and secure with a toothpick.
    Put in casserole dish and sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, uncovered, or cover with wax paper and microwave for 10 minutes on High.
    Rotate dish half way.
