Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. plain yogurt
1 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Sift together first five ingredients.
Combine yogurt, milk, eggs and melted butter; add to flour mixture.
Mix until dampened. Pour 1/4 cup batter on hot greased griddle for each pancake. Makes 16 (4 1/2-inch) pancakes.
