Fresh Garden Peas With New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shelled garden peas
    4 or 5 small new potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put the peas, potatoes, butter, water, sugar, salt and pepper in pot and cook for about 45 minutes.
    Stir the flour in milk and stir in peas.
    Bring to a boil and serve.
