Cheese Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box manicotti shells
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese plus extra to sprinkle on top
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 lb.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except sauce) thoroughly.
    Cook manicotti shells in boiling water for 15 minutes, occasionally stirring gently.
    Drain, handling carefully.
    Stuff each shell with filling.
