Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter (not margarine)
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix 1/2 cup butter, 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 cup sugar with fingers.
    Press into bottom of pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Beat the eggs well; add 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, salt and 1 cup sugar.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in coconut, walnuts and vanilla. Smooth evenly over top of hot crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cool completely.
