Candied Citrus Peel(We Always Have These Setting Around During Holidays) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 thick skinned grapefruit
1 thick skinned lemon
2 thick skinned oranges
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Peel fruits and
cut peel into thin strips.
Cover with cold water in a
pan and let come to a boil.
Drain.
Repeat 2 or 3 times.
Drain and add sugar.
Cook over low heat stirring until sugar
dissolves.
Cook
until
peels become transparent and has absorbed all syrup.
