Crawfish Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    garlic powder
    1 1/2 lb. crawfish tails
Preparation
    Saute one onion and bell pepper.
    In a separate pan, melt 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese.
    Mix in garlic powder.
    Add crawfish tails. Mix together and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbling good.
