Almond Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. rum or whiskey
    2 sq. shredded chocolate
    6 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. almonds, ground fine
    3 Tbsp. cake flour
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks, sugar, rum and chocolate until the sugar is dissolved.
    (This will take about 15 minutes with an electric beater.)
    Beat egg whites until they are stiff.
    Mix the egg whites into the first mixture gradually.
    Add the almonds and flour to the mixture gradually.
    Pour into 2 greased layer pans and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
