Marinated Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 med. potatoes
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    3 T. vinegar
    2 t. salt
    1/2 t. pepper
    1 t. dry mustard
    2 T. chopped parsley
    2 T. minced onion
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and cool slightly. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Add remaining ingredients. Marinate for a few hours. When ready to serve, add enough mayonnaise to moisten (it won't take a lot).
