Chicken Breasts In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large breasts, split, skinned and boned
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sherry
    1 can mushrooms, stems and pieces, undrained
Preparation
    Lightly brown breasts (salted and peppered) in margarine. Place in baking dish, not overlapping.
    Pour all other ingredients in frying pan over heat.
    Mix.
    When combined, pour over chicken pieces.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, covered with aluminum foil. Bake another 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered, to brown.
    Serve over wild rice.
