Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium Russet potatoes
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender and skin.
Let potatoes cool completely, then grate them, using the largest hole on the grater. Add sour cream, cheese, green onion, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly and press into a 2-quart greased baking dish.
Add some grated cheese to the top and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
