Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until tender in salt water; drain.
    Cook ground beef and onion until meat changes color.
    Drain off fat.
    Mix sugar and tomatoes.
    Stir meat, tomatoes, soup, cheese and black pepper into the macaroni.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Add more salt, if needed.
