Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl and mix well. Pour other ingredients over flour mixture and stir.
Do not beat. Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
