Judy'S Steak Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. water
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed veggies
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped carrots
    1 large can chopped tomatoes
    2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    2 tsp. Accent (optional)
    1/2 to 1 c. red wine
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain fat.
    In soup pot, place water and all veggies.
    Add meat, seasonings and wine.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
