Walnut Glory Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    9 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour with cinnamon and salt.
    Beat egg whites in large mixing bowl until soft mound forms.
    Gradually add 3/4 cup of the sugar.
    Continue beating until very stiff and straight peak forms (do not underbeat).
    Combine egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla in small mixing bowl.
    Beat until thick and lemon-colored.
    Stir in dry ingredients and beat good.
    Fold batter gently, but thoroughly, into egg whites using a whisk or spatula, fold in walnuts.
    Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes.
    Cool completely upside down before removing from pan.
