French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 can beef broth
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. croutons
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine using low heat, stir occasionally and saute until onions are transparent.
    Add beef broth, 1 can cold water and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Divide into 4 cups.
    Remember to use cup or bowl that can be broiled in oven. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Top with croutons and 1 slice of Mozzarella cheese.
    Broil for 5 minutes or until light brown and bubbly.
