Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, well drained
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. round or oval crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine squash, margarine, onion, crushed crackers, milk, mixed with beaten egg, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Pour into buttered 1-quart Pyrex dish.
    During the last 15 minutes, add Pepperidge Farm stuffing to cover top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
