Strawberry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
-
Stir together first 4 ingredients and spread in a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Sprinkle 2/3 of the crumbs in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
