1 Pot Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 carrots, cut up
    2 potatoes, cut up
    1 onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, cut up
    1 1/2 c. green beans
    1 small tomato
Preparation
    Shape the ground beef in small balls.
    Lay in a pot.
    Add the vegetables to the meat.
    Add water to cover.
    Add lid and simmer on top of stove slowly until done.
    Much better if made a day before you use it, then you can skim the fat off the top when it is cold.
