Wild Rice Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. white cooking wine
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. cubed chicken
Preparation
    Prepare rice mix as directed.
    Meanwhile, cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Stir in soup, sour cream, wine and curry powder.
    Stir in chicken and cooked rice.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish or a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch dish.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven 35 to 40 minutes.
    Stir before serving.
