Amanda Liston'S Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Great Northern beans
1 lb. bacon
1/2 pork roast or 2 to 3 pork chops
2 c. catsup
2 to 3 onions
2 lb. brown sugar
1 ham steak, chopped
Preparation

Soak beans in hot tap water overnight.
Wash and put into pan with bacon and pork roast.
Add water to cover.
Cook until soft. Add catsup, onions, brown sugar and ham.
Put in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0, covered, about 2 hours or until thickened.
Makes a large quantity.
Great for family gatherings.
