Peach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/4 c. fresh peaches
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 c. almonds, chopped
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, soda and sugar.
    Make a well in the center of dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and oil.
    Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Stir in peaches, vanilla, almond extract and nuts.
    Spoon batter into greased 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
