Crab Burger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. regular crab meat
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
2/3 c. finely chopped celery
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (medium sharp)
5 English muffins

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add pepper.
Cook slowly and set aside to cool.
Place meat in a bowl; remove all particles of shell.
Add salt and pepper.
