Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat.
    Add meat and brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and parsley flakes. Cook 10 minutes.
    Add soup.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
