Three Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. salsa sauce, divided
    green and yellow peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. green sliced onions
    1 tsp. cumin
    8 flour tortilla shells (7 to 8-inch)
    chopped lettuce, tomato and green onions for topping
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 of the Monterey Jack with all of the Cheddar and cream cheese.
    Add 1/4 cup of sauce.
    Add onions and cumin.
    Mix well.
    Spoon 1/4 cup on a shell and roll.
    Place seam side down in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with sauce and remaining Monterey Jack and green onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Top with tomatoes and lettuce.
