Bologna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 c. bologna, cut up
2 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
6 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Arrange potatoes, bologna, green pepper, flour and seasonings in layers in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Dot each layer with butter.
Pour milk over all and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
