Shrimp Or Crawfish Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 onions
    1 medium bell pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. dehydrated parsley
    2 lb. seafood (shrimp, crawfish)
    1/2 pt. half and half
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    1 lb. fettucini noodles
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter; add onions and bell pepper and cook until tender. Add flour and cook 10 to 12 minutes.
    Stir constantly so not to stick.
    Add crawfish and parsley.
    Cover and cook 15 minutes. Keep stirring often.
    Add half and half, cheese and garlic. Season; cover and cook over low heat about 30 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
