Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken
2 large onions, sliced
4 c. tomatoes
2 c. lima beans
3 medium potatoes, diced
4 c. corn
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Add raw vegetables to chicken broth from cooking chicken.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
Add other vegetables and chicken.
Add salt, pepper and sugar.
Use less broth for thicker stew or more broth for thinner stew.
Cook for about 30 to 45 minutes.
This is better if cooked one day and eaten the next.
