Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag Ore Ida frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of potato soup
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. sour cream
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    Optional: mushrooms or onions
Preparation
