Fluffy Cloud Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 beaten egg
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift in dry ingredients and cut in shortening.
    Combine milk and egg.
    Beat.
    Add to first mixture.
    Mix well.
    Roll out on floured board.
    Cut out biscuits.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 14 minutes.
    Very delicious and light.
