Chinese Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups chicken, cooked and cut in bite size pieces
    1/2 cup salted cashew nuts
    2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans chow mein noodles
    2 cup diced celery
    1/2 cup minced onions
    1/2-3/4 cup broth or water
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except liquid and 1/2 cup noodles. Pour liquid on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top with 1/2 cup noodles and bake 15 minutes more.
    May be garnished with red pimento and green pepper rings on top.
    Serves 12.
