Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler or fryer, cut up
    flour
    salt and pepper
    oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cook chicken with seasoned flour.
    Brown in a heavy skillet in hot oil.
    Pour off excess oil.
    Combine last 4 ingredients; pour over chicken.
    Cover; simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
