Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole kernel corn
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 onion, thinly sliced
    6 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. distilled white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, mix together the corn, green bell pepper, onions, sweet pickle relish, celery seed, salt, dry mustard, vinegar and corn syrup.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Transfer the mixture to sterile jars and refrigerate until serving.
    Makes 32 servings.
